I just always have the most captivating experience at Tranquille. The staff is above exceptional and Kelsey never disappoints with her work of art and master skills in hair magic. She always takes her time and really engages with her costumers to give them exactly what they ask for and the best experience possible. I could fall asleep at the shampoo station because I am so relaxed. I feel like a changed woman every time I uleave. I always get treated with respect and warmly welcomed when I arrive. My hair smells so good and fresh for days when I leave. I could not imagine going anywhere else. You can tell the clients really get treated like family at Tranquille Hair.

Love this salon! The owners and their team are fantastic. You are always treated like family here even though it has the feel of a high end salon. Watched a young girl ( 12?) Come in with her mom. The stylist made her so comfortable that mom went and sat in the lobby. The girl and the stylist chatted and laughed away. ❤️ Highly Recommend! I see my girl Shelby, one of the owners. Hidden gem in Towson!!

have had comically tragic hair for a long time, specifically because of years of box bleach I eventually topped with black box dye that faded out to a horrible coppery green/orange. Yesterday, I called Tranquille in a panic and Bev was able to get me in within the half hour. My stylist was Katie and she did a fantastic job, went above and beyond, gave me exactly what I wanted even though I didn’t even know what that was and gave her exceptionally unclear directions. All I knew was that I wanted to return to my natural color and have the rest of my hair cooled down and blended to my roots. That is to say, I didn’t have much of a vision, nor the terminology to describe it if I did, and somehow Katie made it happen. She also explained everything very well and was super transparent about my options (regarding what we had time for and what my hair would be capable of) and pricing. We were able to keep everything just under my budget, but I’m not sure if that’s a product of my good estimation skills or their affordable pricing :) however, considering the time and care Katie put into my hair, I wouldn’t have minded paying more. Also, because my request ended up being rather involved, there were a few times when other stylists came and gave advice or lent a hand. The whole process was super collaborative and friendly. Everyone at Tranquille, namely Katie, did a wonderful job and I’ll be seeing them again in 6 weeks for a follow-up! (I attached some super unprofessional before/after pictures so you can get an idea of the change—this is a WIP still just because of the stubbornness and intensity of the brassiness I had before).
